The Company Burger is Headed to The Paramount

The Company Burger, the much-loved classic American burger restaurant on Freret Street in Uptown New Orleans, will be expanding to The Paramount later this year! The Company Burger’s second location will build upon the success of its first, staying true to a focus on high-quality, homemade food served in an open, welcoming space.
“We can’t wait to share our restaurant with even more customers in such a lively area,” said Adam Biderman, Owner of The Company Burger. “Being in the middle of the development downtown was important to us, so expanding our restaurant to the South Market District is really exciting.”
The Company Burger will continue to serve its version of the classic American cheeseburger, complete with antibiotic- and hormone-free beef from Creekstone Farms; housemade pickles, buns, and condiments; and signature sides like the hand-cut and twice-cooked “The Company Fries” and onion rings. Customers will order via traditional counter service, and a condiment station will provide them with their choice of fixings.
With its location at the corner of Girod Street and S. Rampart Street, the restaurant will also give customers the option to enjoy spacious sidewalk seating. The Company Burger will feature a large, full-service bar offering draft beers, cocktails, spirits, and fountain sodas.
Of the inspiration for The Company Burger, Biderman said, “My team and I come from fine dining backgrounds, so we take that focus on detail and customer service and apply it to a simple, well-chosen, delicious menu and concept. This is the food I love to eat.”
